Mackenzie Mack Milner works full time in IT and is a mom to two autistic little girls. She lives in Bedford, but trust that Bay County, Florida, is the most natural next chapter for Kins Village. After all, don’t we all have a second home?

As someone on the spectrum herself, Mack brings a unique perspective to advocacy through both her own lived experiences and as a mom navigating the world of disability alongside her daughters. With her daughter Joshlynne also having epilepsy, she knows firsthand that autism is rarely the only diagnosis a family is navigating.

Whether it’s epilepsy, intellectual disabilities, other co-occurring diagnoses, or complex medical needs, finding the right resources and support can feel like an endless search.

Mack is passionate about helping bridge those gaps and connecting families with resources that recognize the whole person and all of their needs, rather than focusing on just one diagnosis. She wants to help create a community where families feel understood, supported, and included, while building the kind of village she wishes had existed for her growing up and the one she wants her girls to grow up in.
